Low Sugar Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins



Looking for something sweet, filling, and easy?  Or maybe just something to do with the past-its-prime banana on your counter?  These will check all those boxes.

1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of sour cream
1 egg
1/3 cup of dark chocolate.  You can get the chocolate chips or smash up a bar.
4 teaspoons of Stevia
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

According to the internet, they work out to be about 180 calories, 14 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 10 carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 4 sugars with 4 grams of protein.
